3 Nights in a Modern Villa with a Private Pool
- We cover your accommodation for you! Relax in a stylish and comfortable villa. Enjoy access to a private pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of learning and shooting. You'll gonna stay in one bedroom with one of your colleagues. We will be staying for 3 nights / 4 days, and it will be shared accommodations separated by gender and preferences, of course.
- Located in a beautiful setting in the heart of Mallorca. The cute town Alaró is close by, where you can find some typical restaurants, shops and cafes.
Food & Beverages
- We’ve got you covered with a delicious Welcome Dinner on Day 1, breakfast each morning, and snacks to keep you energized during the shoots. Beverages will also be available both in the villa and on location. While we only host the Welcome Dinner on Day 1, this allows you the freedom to choose where and when you'd like to enjoy dinner on the other evenings. We’ll gladly arrange restaurant reservations for the group to make things even easier!

MEET YOUR WORKSHOP HOSTS
Ria - Destination Wedding Planner from Blessed Beyond
Ria, the face behind Blessed Beyond and born and raised in the Netherlands, is now living and enjoying the good life in the sunny Barcelona, Spain. With structure and organization as her middle name, she's an experienced Destination wedding planner in Spain and Europe. Passionately working with couples from all over the world with different cultures and backgrounds she organizes unique and personalized wedding events all over Europe. (Photo: Nadia Bozic)
Katja - Photographer
Katja is the photographer in the duo of Katja & Walter. She is an artist behind her camera and with her Portfolio Method she has booked amazing dream elopements in the Dolomites, Switzerland, Tuscany, Cappadocia, Austria, Barcelona, Mallorca and many incredible locations more. She is an absolute advocate of the power of Content Marketing and will teach you how to attract your dream couples.
Walter - Videographer
Walter is the videographer in the duo of Katja & Walter. He loves the magic of storytelling and believes that everyone has a special story to tell. In video it's all about finding out these stories and letting the images do the rest. He believes that a personal connection with his couples is the key to an authentic representation of their love and will show you his method to become friends with your clients.
3 NIGHTS, 4 DAYS AT A LUXURY MALLORCA VILLA
We are staying in a modern and luxurious Villa with a private pool and terrace. The Villa is located in the heart of Mallorca, close to the charming town Alaró with a lot of great restaurants and things to explore. You'll gonna stay in one bedroom with one of your colleagues. We will be staying for 3 nights / 4 days, and it will be shared accommodations separated by gender and preferences, of course.

FAQ
How do I sign up for this?
To sign up, please use the form above.
What happens after I sign up?
Once you sign up, we’ll contact you about the further steps. As soon as you sign the contract & pay the first payment, you’re officially in! You’ll receive all additional information and will be added to our retreat whatsapp group later on.
Do I have to book flights on my own?
Yes. As participants you are responsible for how you get to Mallorca. We do not offer travel services but can always help you with finding the right flight. The check-in at the villa starts around 6pm on Wednesday. We will offer a pickup and a drop-off at one specific time from Palma Airport. Details will be discussed in the VIP Attendee Whatsapp Group.
Do I have to arrange my own accommodation?
No, you will be staying in the shared villa we rented for everybody.
Can I choose who I will share a room with?
When you book the couple package, we will assign you to a shared room. In general, please let us know about your preferences so we can do our best to accommodate them. We hope for your understanding that attendees have to share double rooms in order to make this affordable for everyone.
Which meals are included in the package?
The welcome dinner and breakfast at the villa are included. We’ll also provide snacks for the time during the photo shoots. For other lunches/dinners we’ll make reservations at restaurants and you are free to join or explore on your own.
How does payment work and when are the payments due?
The total price for participation is € 2,600 net per person (Early Bird 2,300 €). To reserve the spot, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is due one week after booking, payable by bank transfer. The remaining amount is due one month before the start of the workshop. The total amount can also be transferred at the time of booking.
Hence, the due date for full payment is March 16, 2025. Should participants have special needs in terms of payment or payment periods, please contact the organizers with sufficient lead time.
Are the models real couples?
Yes! Our models are 100% real couples so we can ensure genuine interaction.
Do I have to share my images?
No. The pictures and videos you take are yours. However, we would love to feature you with all due credits for our future workshops.
Will there be an airport transfer?
We will offer a pickup and a drop-off at one specific time from Palma Airport. Details will be discussed in the VIP Attendee WhatsApp Group.
Can I get to the Villa with public transport?
There is train/bus transportation available. It will take you around 90 minutes to get to Alaró. You can look up connections at www.tib.org
Do I need specific skills to attend the workshop?
We trust in your ability to make the most out of the whole experience. Please keep in mind that you should know your camera and its functions as we will not be able to cover basics and everybody is responsible for their own pictures and videos.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
Yes. We will not have spare equipment for rent.
What about the environment?
We love nature and want to preserve it and leave no trace. We try to educate each and every attendee on best practices for our impact on the environment. Harmful behaviour to nature, people or animals will not be tolerated.
How large will the shooting groups be?
It is very important to us to keep the shooting groups as small as possible, so everybody will have a chance to get the shots they are dreaming of. We will make divisions on site and kindly ask all participants to respect others and their way of working.
What if I can't attend?
After the hosts agree, you can sell your spot to somebody else. Contact us, if you can’t attend and we’ll talk about the details.
Can I bring my partner?
We offer a special discount for couples (2,200 € per Person during Early Bird phase) who want to be part of our journey. Since spots at this retreat are very limited, your partner has to be a participant as well.
I have been to other workshops and was not happy. Why are you different?
Our retreat is designed so the pictures and videos you take will feel like from a real wedding/elopement rather than a styled shoot. We know how a realistic portfolio attracts the right customers and have been where you are too! So we’ve designed this retreat from creators for creators.
